Dr. Kenny Thaher, DMD
For more than 10 years, Dr. Kenny Thaher has served as a compassionate general, restorative, and cosmetic dentist for families and professionals throughout the Richardson and Dallas area. Known as “Dr. T” to many patients, he is recognized for his gentle, painless injection techniques and expertise in dental implants, Invisalign (clear aligners), traditional braces, root canal therapy, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Thaher earned his bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University in New York, graduating cum laude. He then graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, NJ, and completed his General Practice Residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), staying current with the latest advancements in modern dentistry.
Dr. Thaher believes in listening carefully to each patient and building long-term partnerships to support lifelong oral health. During consultations, he clearly explains dental conditions and helps patients choose personalized treatment plans that fit their needs, goals, and budget.

Dr. G. Brooks Haney , DDS
After 43 successful years practicing dentistry in Richardson, Texas, Dr. Haney retired from private practice. He carefully selected Dr. Thaher as his successor—someone who shares his dedication to patient care and passion for dentistry. After working together, Dr. Haney confidently transitioned ownership of the practice to Dr. Thaher, whom he continues to mentor. Although retired, Dr. Haney remains connected to the practice and community. He occasionally visits the office to reconnect with longtime patients and stay involved in the profession he has served for decades.
Dr. Brooks Haney is a highly respected Brooks Haney and accomplished speaker who regularly delivers continuing education lectures for dental professionals nationwide. He has served as the Assistant Clinical Director and Clinical Instructor for Six Month Smiles, helping train dentists in short-term orthodontics and advanced treatment techniques.
A native of Dallas, Dr. Haney earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. He is an active member of leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, L. D. Pankey Alumni Association, and the International Dental Implant Association.
Dr. Haney is a Goodfellow of the Dallas County Dental Society, where he also served multiple terms as a peer review committee member. He completed advanced training at the L. D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and previously held a position as an adjunct professor in the operative dentistry department at Baylor College of Dentistry.
